For The BIG PAYDOWN, HGTV is looking for “five families who are neighbors in the Los Angeles and San Fernando areas to compete in the ultimate design challenge with help from HGTV celebrity designers.” The five families “will compete by re-designing different aspects of their home with help from expert designers and skilled carpenters. When it’s all over, the winning family's mortgage will be paid off!”
